We Currently Minister Literally "Under the Bridge"

Currently in the shadow of the McAllister Freeway (US 281) bridge in downtown San Antonio, Texas, we minister food, clothing, and the Word of God to those living on the street. As the number of homeless in the San Antonio area continues to grow, so does the increasing need for the ministry of CUB-SA. CUB-SA is a 501(c)(3) organization that is led by a volunteer board of directors. The lifeblood of CUB-SA comes through the time, talent and treasure donated through various churches and individuals from San Antonio and surrounding areas.
"Then the King will say to those on his right, `Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.`
"Then the righteous will answer him, `Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?`
"The King will reply, `I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.`" (Matthew 25.34-40)
Mission Statement
Our purpose is to be a center of fellowship, worship and benevolence in support of those in need in San Antonio, primarily the homeless. Our goal is to reach out to them with the love of Jesus, equipping them to serve God and their fellow man. We accomplish this through both spiritual and physical means by preaching, singing and teaching the Word of God, fellowship, meals and clothing.
